About the Role

Fortray is looking for highly motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing Career Development team in Lahore.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding people, building relationships, and closing high-intent leads. You will work closely with career changers who are actively exploring opportunities to move into IT, Tech, and AI careers.

Your responsibility is to consult, guide, pitch, follow up, and enrol candidates into Fortray’s Job-Ready and Job-Guarantee programmes, using a consultative and trust-based approach.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication skills (English – spoken and written)

· Strong follow-up, persuasion, and listening skills

· Confidence in speaking to international (UK-based) clients

· Sales-driven mindset with empathy and professionalism

· Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

· Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented

· Willing to work flexible hours and ready to go the extra mile

· Strong belief in personal growth, learning, and career transformation

Education & Background

Essential

· Graduate or equivalent experience

· Strong interest in career guidance, sales, or education consulting

Desirable (Nice to Have)

· IT / Tech / AI background or degree

· Previous experience in:

o Career counselling

o Education sales

o Training or recruitment consultancy

Candidates without an IT background are welcome if they are willing to undergo structured training.

· Up to 1 month of excellent structured training

· Full training on:

o Career-change programmes

o Sales scripts & consultative selling

o CRM usage

o Objection handling & closing techniques

· Ongoing coaching and performance support

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 per month

· Incentives: 3% – 5% commission, paid monthly
