Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Office 365 Expert

Location: Garden Town - Lahore

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

• Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM BST

Job Responsibilities

• Proven hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows Security, and Email Security
• Knowledge of Exchange, OneDrive, Email troubleshooting, and Domain Authority
• Expertise in Anti-virus software, system protection, and user support
• Strong Desktop Support & Service Desk exposure
• Prior UK client support experience is a big plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Education Requirements
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering
    
  🛠️ Required Technical Skills
  
  1. Office 365 Suite Expertise
     
     • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
       
     • Admin-level experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center
       
  2. Windows Security & Email Security
     
     • Familiarity with Windows Defender, BitLocker, and group policies
       
     • Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other email security protocols
       
  3. Exchange Online & Email Troubleshooting
     
     • Mail flow analysis
       
     • Troubleshooting delivery issues, mailbox migrations, and retention policies
       
  4. OneDrive for Business
     
     • Sync issues, permission management, and integration support
       
  5. Anti-virus & System Protection
     
     • Deployment and management of anti-virus solutions like Sophos, Symantec, or Defender for Endpoint
       
  6. Desktop Support & Service Desk
     
     • Tier 1 & 2 support for Windows-based environments
       
     • Imaging, software deployment, printer/network issues
       
  7. Domain Management
     
     • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and domain/DNS configurations
