Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: IT Recruiter Trainee (Bench Sales Department)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

Preference:- Males - Fresh graduate

Program Details:
This is a 6-months trainee program leading to a permanent job after 6 months. A monthly salary will be provided during the training period.

About the Role

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing IT graduates in diverse roles.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights.

• Stay informed about IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and job market dynamics to provide expert advice to candidates and clients

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Minimum with a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Passion for IT recruitment and sales.
