Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: IT Recruitment Consultant Interns
Location: PIA ROAD, Johar Town Lahore
Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
About the Role
Position Responsibilities:
• Dealing with existing internal candidates in the UK/Ireland and guiding them about the UK Job Market.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Creating and optimizing Technical Resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the Candidates.
• Setting up the UK job board for the Internal Candidates.
• Hiring Candidates as per the organization’s requirement.
• Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
• Getting up candidates' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.
• Conducting MOC interviews for our internal candidates and making sure they are ready for the job market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the internal hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Follow-up on internal candidates, via pre-set email daily as per ATS and call them wherever possible.
• Share the Technical and Recruitment/HR existing technical questions using the templates via the share point.
• Encouraging all the internal candidates to keep applying using, LinkedIn, UK/Ireland job boards like JobServe, CV Library, etc.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
• Minimum graduate with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with IT professionals and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate evaluations and administrative tasks.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies
